Tupelo- Morris McCoy, 77, died Thursday, January 5th, 2023 at North Mississippi Medical Center. Morris was born on November 6th, 1945 in Piqua, OH to the late Clifford and Audrey McCoy. After High School, Morris joined The United States Navy. He served proudly as an Aviation Electronics Technician. He served his country proudly during the Vietnam Conflict. Morris loved to play golf and pickle ball in his spare time.
A Graveside service celebrating his life will be held at Corinth National Cemetery, with full Military Honors, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
Morris is survived by his wife of 40 years, Gloria Pickett McCoy; two sons, Shawn and Patrick McCoy; and daughter Melody McCoy. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Kim.
