Moving Forward, Giving Back event to be March 2nd

Performance of the second annual Moving Forward, Giving Back production will be Thursday March 2. The event is held in celebration of the life of Mrs. Tamara Waldrop (1968-2014). 

Tamara Waldrop was a former New Albany High School teacher. Though she struggled with kidney disease from an early age, she never gave up on her love of education, her desire to see her students excel, and her love of her community.

Join New Albany High School’s Upstage group for song, spoken word, and musical performances by Upstage (funded by the 21st Century grant), NAHS Chorus and Jazz Band, and the Shannon High School Gospel Choir.

Donations at the door will fund the Inaye Cafe, a food pantry that provides to students over the weekend.
