New Albany auctions vehicles gained in narcotics actions

Here is a list of the vehicles that have been awarded to the Narcotics unit through Circuit Court. The City of New Albany is auctioning these vehicles off, by sealed bid, after being advertised on Social Media and the local paper for 30 days.

Notice to Bidders

Notice is hereby given that the City of New Albany, Mississippi will receive sealed bids. They are to be turned in to the City Clerk in New Albany City Hall ( located at 101 West Banked St.), or the New Albany Police Dept. (located at 110 East Bankhead St.) by 4:30 p.m. on February 19^th, 2016. These vehicles will be auctioned as is to the highest bidder. The vehicles will be located at the lower Library parking lot for public viewing from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday till Friday February 19^th, 2016 at 4:30 p.m.
