Willie Lee Spicer, 54

May 5, 1970 – September 26, 2024

Willie Lee Spicer was born May 5, 1970, to the late Lee A. Spicer and Inez Ware Spicer in Pontotoc, Mississippi. He accepted Christ at an early age and was a member of Usher Valley United Methodist Church. He departed this earthly life for his heavenly home on September 26, 2024.

Willie was raised and graduated from Pontotoc City Schools. He worked for companies such as SNS Furniture and Premier Plastic. He enjoyed music, riding around, shooting guns and hunting, but he especially loved watching westerns. Willie loved his family and friends, and will be missed dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Inez Spicer; stepmother, Flora Bell Spicer; a special friend, Bobby Terrell; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory, his siblings: Terry Spicer, Modess Young (Steven), and Linda Faye Fitzpatrick all of Pontotoc, MS; two stepbrothers, Lawson Parks and Thomas Parks of Amory, MS; three stepsisters, Katherine Parks and Denise Parks of Amory, MS, and Carla Bradford of Grenada, MS; two aunts, Ether Golden (Dexter) of Pontotoc, MS and Hansey Lee Spicer of Houlka, MS; one uncle, Clarence Spicer of Grand Rapids, MI; special friends, Dale Stacey, Aubrey, Christy Rogers, and Christy Butler all of Pontotoc, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, October 1, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM at Payton Mortuary. Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Usher Valley United Methodist Church.
