Frances’ parents, Russell and Birdie Mae Green, died at an early age, and she was raised by her aunt Mary Emma Townsend.
Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Artee (R.T.) McIntosh who made his transition on August 24, 2011 and her brother E.L., who passed away on July 15, 2022.
