Donna Carol Mauney Daniel, 77

January 12, 1948 – July 5, 2025

“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort, Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” 2 Corinthians 1:3-4

On the peaceful evening of Saturday, July 5, 2025, in the presence of her loving family, our beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished daughter, dear sister, and faithful friend to many, Mrs. Donna Carol Mauney Daniel, age 77, stepped into the eternal promises of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She departed this earthly life at her daughter’s residence in Cold Water, Mississippi, surrounded by the warmth and love that defined her own life so well.

Services celebrating Mrs. Donna’s remarkable life will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, in the Heritage Chapel of Ripley Funeral Home. Her son, Clint, will lovingly share her obituary, Bro. Marvin Robbins treasuring memories, and her faithful pastor, Bro. Troy Styers, will offer words of hope and comfort. Visitation will take place at Ripley Funeral Home from 5 PM until 8 PM on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and will continue on Wednesday from 10 AM until the time of service. Following the chapel service, she will be laid to rest at Hopewell Cemetery in Walnut, Mississippi.
