At his death, Conrad was attending Mississippi State University, majoring in Cyber Security.

A young man who always exhibited a positive outlook on life, Conrad made friends easily. He always had a smile for everyone and a sterling personality that included encouragement, wit and wisdom above his years. Conrad grew up in St. James Catholic Church where he was active in all youth activities to include: CYO, VISION, a retreat located annually at Notre Dame University. He also spent summers attending Alpine Camp for Boys, Mentone, AL. His faith was strong, active and convincing. While not formally participating in school sports, he was strong and talented in his hobbies of wake surfing, snow skiing, golf, basketball and pickleball. He drew so many people unto himself that he was known as a peacemaker, especially in times of trouble, with his keen sense of civility. He loved Mississippi State deeply, but within the SEC, he was a huge Alabama fan as well. May his soul rest in perpetual light and his death bring awareness that life is brief and love, faith and family are keys to successful living.
