Brenda Rorie, 72

Brenda Rorie, 72, passed from this life on Thursday, October 16, 2025. She was born October 4, 1953 to Albert Rayburn and Willie Logan Rorie. In her younger years she enjoyed sewing and baking. As her health depleted, she found contentment in solitude and the simple pleasures of life. Brenda was much loved by her family and will be missed.

There will be a family only service to honor her life will be on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at 2:00pm at United Funeral Service.

She is survived four sisters, Linda Foreman of Etta, MS, Betty Andrews of Ecru, MS, Glenda Barnett of Ecru, MS, and Phyllis Martinez of Rosenberg, TX, two brothers, Ray Rorie of Pontotoc, MS, and Michael Rorie of Glen, MS, she is preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Wanda Scott and Rita Horton.
