Patsy Nell Holt-West, 76

February 12, 1949  –  January 17, 2026

Patsy Nell Holt-West entered her heavenly home on Saturday, January 17, 2026 surrounded by her family after a vigilant and long battle with cancer. Visitation will be Sunday, January 18, 3pm – 5pm, Holland Funeral Directors, Tupelo, MS. A private family burial will be held at a later date.

She is survived by her husband, Eddie West, her sons, James Medlin (Melissa), Muscle Shoals, AL; Justin (Jessica) Medlin, Westminster, CO, and her favorites on earth, her grandchildren, James Tucker Medlin and Heather Grace Medlin also of Muscle Shoals, AL. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Jimmie Dennington Holt and her brother, Ken Holt.

Patsy was a follower of Christ and enjoyed spreading His love on many foreign and domestic mission trips over years. She was also an avid runner and outdoors enthusiast, and friend to so very many. She left many treasured memories for her family and all who called her friend.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mission Fund at First Baptist Church, 300 West Jefferson St., Tupelo, MS. 38801
