It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kimberly Gullick Hutson, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left this world peacefully on February 15, 2026, at the age of 63. Born on May 11, 1962, Kimberly lived a full and vibrant life grounded in love, creativity, and cherished connections.
In her years, Kimberly found joy in the simplest moments – from swimming and soaking up the sun by her daughter’s pool to the comforting rhythm of crocheting. She loved games. She was often seen engaged in spirited games of Skip-Bo and Yahtzee with her family, where laughter echoed through the air and memories were made. Her love extended beyond her craft, as she savored long conversations on the phone with her daughter and her friends. She also found happiness singing songs that resonated with her spirit.
Kimberly was a proud mother to and survived by her daughter, Amber Gordon (Chad), and her son, Jeremy Roberts. She is survived by her stepmother, Shelby Gullick. She was a doting grandmother to her grandsons, Noah Ingle, Colton Gordon, and Jaxon Gordon, as well as her granddaughter, Keagan Roberts. She is also survived by her brother, Cody Gullick. Each of them carried a special place in her heart, and her legacy will live on in their lives.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her parents Jimmy Gullick, Peggy Speck Roberts, and grandson, Adam Roberts.
As we remember Kimberly, let us honor her and the love she so generously shared. Her warmth and laughter will forever resonate with those who knew her, reminding us to find joy in the little things.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM at Glenfield Funeral Home. Following will be a celebration of life service at 2:00 PM in the Glenfield Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Glenfield Memorial Park in New Albany; MS. Bro. Chad Gordon will be officiating the service.
Pallbearers will be Noah Ingle, Colton Gordon, Jaxon Gordon, Nicholas Smithey, Houston Butler, Cayson Rodgers and Carter Rodgers.
