Raylan S. McGaha, 14
November 15, 2011 – March 7, 2026
Raylan Shamar McGaha was born on November 15, 2011, to the proud parents of Ranesha McGaha and Rafael Hasting.
He was a very active child who loved being around his friends and cousins. He had attended school in Baldwyn School District. He later attended Guntown Middle School where he played his favorite sport, football. Raylan also liked playing games on his play station. He was the type of child that was hard to bully but his beautiful smile was very contagious. He made his parents, along with the rest the family very happy when he decided to join Spring Hill Baptist Church in 2024 and confessed his love and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Raylan is preceded in death by his brother Daylan Wren, and his grandparents, Sherrill McGaha, James H. “Bonnie” Young Lillie, F. Hasting and Charlie M. Agnew.
He leaves to cherish memories his parents, Renesha McGaha and Rafael Hasting; his brother, Braylan Hasting; special aunts, Angela Chapman (I.J.) Tamekia Bell and Kassie McGaha; special uncles, Willie McGaha, L.C. McGaha, Elmo Crayton, Ellington Hasting, and Ricky McGaha; special “Granny”, Mae Ruth Crayton, special family friend, Doug Richardson, special cousins, Brailey Nichols, Shay McGaha, LaEmbri McGaha, Brittany Shinault and Letocal Shinault and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and other friends.
