Daylan Bernard Wren was born on July 25, 2004 to Ranesha McGaha, Rafael Hasting and the late Benard Wren. Daylan departed this life on Saturday, March 7, 2026.
Daylan attended Baldwyn School District where he had a lot of love for his teachers and friends.
Daylan was a young man with a heart full of compassion. He had a gift for standing up for others and a desire to see everyone treated fairly. Family and friends knew him as someone who would listen to protect and care deeply. He was simply Daylan-unique, genuine and unforgettable. He had heart as big as his smile.
Daylan is preceded in death by his father, Benard Wren, his brother Raylan McGaha, and his grandparents, Sherrill McGaha, Lillie F. Hasting, James H. “Bonnie” Young, and Charlie M. Agnew.
Daylan leaves behind to cherish his memories, his mother, Renesha McGaha (Rafael Hasting,) his brother, Braylan Hasting, his grandmother, Ludella Wren; special aunts, Angela Chapman (I. J.), Tamekia Bell and Kassie McGaha; special uncles, Willie McGaha, L.C. McGaha, Elmo Crayton, Ellington Hasting, and Ricky McGaha; special “Granny”, Mae Ruth Crayton, special family friend, Doug Richardson special cousins, Brailey Nichols, Shay McGaha, LaEmbri McGaha, Brittany Shinault and Letocal Shinault, special friend, Elizabeth Kirkland and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and other friends.
