Barbara Ann Justice Driver, 77

October 6, 1948 – May 8, 2026

Barbara Ann Justice Driver, age 77, departed this earthly life and entered into her Heavenly Home on Friday afternoon, May 8, 2026, at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Barbara’s life on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m. A word of prayer and comfort will be offered at 2:00 p.m. by family friend Bro. Doc Shelton, followed by interment at Jacobs Chapel Cemetery.

Born October 6, 1948, in Sikeston, Missouri, Barbara was the beloved daughter of the late Winnette Howard and Thilma Bell Justice. She was a graduate of Memphis High School before furthering her education at a local university in Memphis. Dedicated and hardworking throughout her life, Barbara devoted many years as a Medical Transcriptionist, faithfully serving at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis until her retirement.

A Christian woman with a strong spirit and loving heart, Barbara found happiness in the simple joys of life. She loved flowers blooming in the garden, treasured Native American trinkets, and found peace in the beauty of everyday moments. More than anything, however, Barbara’s greatest joy was her family. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Though she never minded keeping them in line when needed, they always knew they were deeply loved, endlessly cared for, and often spoiled by their grandmother. She also shared a special bond with her faithful little companion, Gizmo, who brought her much comfort and companionship through the years.

Barbara was a woman of strength and determination, yet beneath her stern and strong-willed nature was a heart full of kindness, compassion, and unwavering love. She leaves behind a legacy woven with devotion to family, treasured memories, and the lasting impact of a life well lived. Her presence will be deeply missed, but the love she gave so freely will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

Those left to cherish her precious memory include her daughter, Heather Luna (Paul); her two sons, Justin Driver and Jake Hancock (Kayla); her brother, Doug Justice (Bev); her grandchildren, Jake, Justin, and Charles; and her great-grandchildren, Layla, Brooklyn, Jay, Grayden, and Annleeh.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Shannon Voyles; one brother, Kelly Walters; and one sister, Marsha Justice.
