TUPELO – Ms. Mayilu Ruedas Sanchez, 46, died Monday, July 20, 2026 at her residence surrounded by loved ones. She was born March 5, 1980 to Palemon Ruedas Escobar and Ysolina Sanchez in Chiapas, Mexico. After coming to the USA, she was employed by Good Fiber, Inc. where she worked until her health began to fail.
A celebration of life service will be at 10 AM, Saturday, July 25, 2026 at Iglesia Bautista Immanuel located at 213 E. Elizabeth Street, Tupelo, MS 38801 with Jose’ Taboada officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 PM to 8 PM at Holland Funeral Directors-Tupelo Chapel and Saturday from 8 AM to service time at the church. Burial will follow at a later date at Cementerio Ejidal, Chiapas, Mexico.
