Baptist Union County Hospital’s Back to School Health Fair is tomorrow, July 25

 

Baptist Union County is celebrating America’s 250th birthday and the start of a new school year.

The Back-to-School Health Fair will be on Saturday, July 25th, in the parking lot behind the hospital.  It will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. The hospital is located at 200 Highway 30 West in New Albany.  The fair is free and open to the public.

Baptist Union County and its community organizations provide this annual event to help students get off to a healthy and successful school year.

There will be free health screenings, many exhibit booths with information and gifts,  safety information, a variety of community resources, emergency vehicles to view and more.

Free backpacks and school supplies will be available while supplies last.

The Mississippi Department of Health’s Mobile Immunization Unit will be on hand providing vaccinations.
