Brenda Glasgow, 58
March 24, 1968 – August 4, 2026
Brenda Glasgow, 58, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. Though her time here has ended, the love she shared and the memories she leaves behind will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Born on March 24, 1968, in Alabama, Brenda was the daughter of the late Milford and Barbara Parker Glasgow. She was a woman of strength, deep love for her family, and simple joys that brought happiness to her life. Brenda was of the Baptist faith.
Brenda found great peace in spending time outdoors, especially while fishing. She enjoyed countless hours playing solitaire, watching hummingbirds flutter around her home, and cherishing the companionship of her beloved dog, Reba. The loss of Reba just five days before Brenda’s passing made their reunion all the more comforting to those who find peace in believing they are together once again.
Above all else, Brenda loved her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose greatest joy came from those she loved. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
She leaves behind her sons, Dustin Gray and Milford Glasgow; her stepdaughters, Teresa Gray, Marie Gray, and Sarah Gray; her stepsons, Stanley Gray, Jr. and Michael Gray; her sisters, Lillie Oliver, Millie Thunderburk, and Sally Glasgow; her brothers, Adam Glasgow and David Glasgow; and her cherished grandchildren, Chase, Lydia, Landon, Casper, Dalton, and Arielle, all of whom will continue to carry her memory in their hearts.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Milford and Barbara Parker Glasgow; her beloved husband, Stanley Gray; her precious daughter, Wendy Glasgow; and her faithful companion, Reba.
In keeping with Brenda’s wishes, no public services will be held at this time.
