Michael Dewayne Dean, 62
January 25, 1964 – August 25, 2026
Michael Dewayne Dean entered this earth on January 25, 1964, as a gift to his parents, Edward and Minnie Lee Dean. He was born in Tupelo, MS. Michael departed his earthly life on August 25, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center.
In his journey of faith, Michael accepted Christ at an early age at Red Oak Grove M.B. Church.
In his pursuit of the things that brought him happiness, Michael enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Michael was also an animal lover who cared for the animals throughout his community.
Among the qualities that made him special, Michael had a genuine heart for people, always showing kindness, compassion, and care to those around him.
To cherish his precious memories, Michael leaves: his son, Alexander Dean (Jalisa) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; his daughter, Alisha Dean of Alabama; his grandchildren, Alexander Dewayne Dean Jr., Chianna Dean, Aaliyah Dean, Adelina Dean, Avery Dean, Ashton Mairidith and Tristan Dean; a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Those who went before Michael include his beloved parents; his brothers, Johnnie Dean and James Dean; and his sisters, Dorothy Hill, Annie Shack, and Loretta Riley.
Though we are heavy with sorrow, we find comfort in the cherished memories of love and laughter that will remain forever in our hearts.. Michael leaves behind a beautiful legacy of kindness and compassion that will continue to live on in the hearts and lives of all those he touched.
