Born July 24, 1969, in Millington, Tennessee, Amy was the daughter of the late Jerald and Mary Sue Wilbanks Boullion. She became a daddy’s girl and was her mother’s world and she cherished them. She was a 1987 graduate of Walnut High School and a member of County Line Baptist Church. A valuable employee with British Petroleum (BP), she managed the Walnut BP location for over ten years.
Amy had a love for coffee, treasured days shared with her mother getting new hairstyles and manicures, and had a particular interest in crime television shows, notably those beginning with “Chicago.” She was funny, compassionate, and she loved hard. She prioritized her roles as a loving mother, wife, grandmother and friend, excelling in all. Her grandchildren were her world, and she affectionately was called “Mimi”, and she donned the name with such pride. She will be missed dearly.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of thirteen years, Mark Freels, four daughters, Meghan Burchfield (Jesse) of Tiplersville, Paige Doss (Cody) of New Albany, Chelsea Freels, of Whiteville, TN and Carrie Evans (Cliff) of Whitesville, TN, one son, Drew Hopper (Mindi) of Pontotoc, one brother, Jason Boullion (Martha) of Iuka, fourteen grandchildren, Amber Ray, Landon, Brylie and Madi Burchfield, Montana, Zoey, and Charleigh Doss, Bryson and Kelynn Evans, and Eli, Nick, Brooke, Weston, and J.T. Hopper, a special niece and nephew, Jessica and Adam Boullion, a bonus daughter that was like her own, Nikki Estes, and a host of cousins.
