Annie Sue Hardin, 74

July 1, 1952 – July 23, 2026

Annie Sue Hardin, 74, made a peaceful transition on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in her home. She was a member of Hopewell #1 Missionary Baptist Church and a beloved educator throughout the city of Holly Springs.



She leaves to cherish her memories: two brothers Benny (Bayinah) Charles Hardin of Houston, TX, Bobby Snow of Holly Springs, MS; three sisters: Shelqueta (Charles) Hardin Scruggs of Holly Springs, MS, Sharon (William) Snow Hall of Bartlett, TN, and Monica (Kelvin Sr.) Hardin Govan of Holly Springs, MS; She also leaves a special niece and caregiver Monique Govan, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Shelly ‘Jake’ Flint Lee Hardin and Annie Bea Toles Hardin, an older sister Betty Hardin Snow, and two older brothers Calvin Hardin and Shelby Hardin, Jr.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home Chapel, 140 North Memphis St. Holly Springs, MS 38635.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at Hopewell #1 M.B. Church, 365 Bonner St. Holly Springs, MS 38635.

Burial will take place at Bowens Cemetery, 498 Govan Ave. Holly Springs, MS 38635.
