Emergency units answer Chestnut St. fire alarm

Several New Albany public safety units responded to a fire alarm on Chestnut St. at about 5:30 pm Wednesday, Dec. 18th. Officials have told NAnewsweb.com they do not believe there was an actual outbreak of fire. There were no injuries. The alarm was apparently initiated by smoke from something over-cooking in a home oven.
