The board showed their appreciation for Kevin Dale White, who is retiring his position as Ward 3 Alderman. A special meeting is scheduled for Monday, January 12, at 5:30P.M. to set a date for a special election for Ward 3 Alderman.
Ccongratulations to Nita Hardin, who advances to state level after winning the Union County Poetry Out Loud Competition. This is Hardin’s second win in the Union County competition.
