Betty Jean Webb, “BJ”, 65, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2026, at North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice in Tupelo.

Born on April 21, 1961, in Tennessee, Betty was the daughter of Floyd Harris and Geraldine Finley. A woman of quiet strength and caring nature, she was known for her kindness, compassion, and genuine concern for others. She loved everyone she met and was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.

Betty was of the Jehovah’s Witness faith and found joy in simple pleasures. She enjoyed cooking, cleaning, crocheting, and painting. Whether creating something with her hands or caring for those around her, she brought warmth and thoughtfulness to everyday life.

She is survived by her daughters, Stacee Heinbuch (Dean) of Okolona and Phalarius Hutchinson of Memphis; her sons, Timmothy Webb of Memphis and Jeffery Webb of Horn Lake; her sister, Toyree Muhammad (Rodney) of Memphis; her brothers, David Harris (Lisa) of Memphis and Larry Harris; and her beloved grandchildren, Robert Webb, Anthony Hardiman, Stephany Hardiman, and Zariya Webb.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Harris and Geraldine Finley.

No public services are planned at this time.
