Billy Joe Trice, 45
April 24, 1980 – February 1, 2026
Billy Joe Trice, the ninth of ten children born with his twin brother Bobby Joe in Tupelo, Mississippi on April 24, 1980, to the union of Dennis and Virginia Scott Trice.
At a very young age he joined the Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church later he joined the Chapel Grove Holiness Church in Belden, Mississippi where he served faithfully as a member on the usher board until God wanted him back.
He was a former employee of Vanelli’s Greek/ Italian Restaurant. The year of 1998 Billy graduated with his classmates from Tupelo High School.
Billy enjoyed most of all, being with his mom and caring for her which he did a great job in doing. Naming a few other favorite things he enjoyed was reading a good book, sleeping, eating good food, would surprise you in his conversation.
Leaving behind to forever cherish fond memories his mother, Virginia Trice of Tupelo, Mississippi, seven siblings, Willie Crayton of Baldwyn, Mississippi, Towanda (Rick) Palmer of Amory, Mississippi, George Scott of Tupelo, Mississippi, Robert (Juanita) Trice of Shannon, Mississippi, Mary Trice, Dennis Trice, Jr. both of Tupelo, Mississippi, Christopher (Priscilla) Trice of Toccopola, Mississippi, Ray Randall, Tammie Wofford both of Houston, Mississippi, a host of uncles, aunts , nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his dad, twin brother Bobby Joe Trice, a sister Minnie Trice, grandparent’s, Mary Hanna Long, Louiza Davis Scott
