New Albany Boys & Girls Club
Heaven Freeman is a member of the New Albany Boys & Girls Club and a graduating senior at New Albany High School where she served as a Student Council Representative, member of the cheerleading squad, step team, choir, FCA, FCCLA, and high school plays.
Director Marquel Conner said:
“She’s a hard working, passionate, and strong minded young lady. She pushes herself to do everything she puts her mind to and more despite what’s all going around her.”
Heaven stated that as her senior year has come to an end, not the way she intended of course, she feels as if she’s done a job well done and couldn’t be more proud of all her accomplishments throughout her four years of high school.
Boys & Girls Clubs of North Mississippi began its summer program on June 8 to support members and parents – many of which are essential workers. Each year the summer program is well attended by youth 6-18 years of age. While the programming will look different this summer due to COVID-19, the leadership of BGCNMS looks forward to a great summer filled with activities to keep members safe and engaged.
Only a maximum of 50 members will be enrolled at each location.
For more information on enrollment, please call 662-841-6504.
