Charlie Henry “Junior” Gambrel, 86, of Blue Mountain, MS, transitioned on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 722 Coulter Drive, New Albany, MS  38652.

Services will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Palestine M.B. Church, 690 County Road 830, Blue Mountain, MS  38610.

Body will lie in state one hour before service time.

Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
