Mikael-Olivia Knowlton, a rising senior and a culinary arts student, at New Albany High School, attended a Culinary Boot Camp at Ocean Springs High School June 19-22.  Top performing ProStart high school culinary students from across the state attended the intensive training program that exposed them to various ethnic cuisines.
