Diane McCoy McGee transitioned this life on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Oxford, MS.

Diane was born August 10, 1955 in Blue Springs, MS to the late Eddie McGee and late Clytee Cowley.

Diane accepted Christ at a young age at Pine Grove Baptist Church, Dorsey, MS. She was a faithful member of New Resident MB Church.

She was employed at NMMC for several years. She had her own cleaning service until she switched professions. She was a home health sitter until her passing.

She loved watching cooking shows, decorating, and spending time with her family.

Diane leaves to cherish her memories: her husband of 52 years, Anthony McCoy of Tupelo, MS; one daughter, Usheryll (Terence) McCoy McGuirt of Belden, MS; one son, Christopher McCoy of Williston, North Dakota; one honorary son, Brayden Gilbert of Tupelo, MS; four grandchildren, Cortavious McCoy, Alayasia McCoy, Madison McGuirt, MacKenzie McGuirt; one honorary granddaughter, Alai Bogan; one sister, Mattie Gilbert of Pontotoc, MS; three brothers, Eddie (Rose) McGee, Audrey (Ollie Mae), and Cowley (Cynthia) Burnett all from Blue Springs, MS; and one special friend, Lula Mae Patton. She leaves numerous nephews, nieces, special godchildren (Taylor, Tyler, Tyra, & Kamri), and other relatives to cherish her memories.

She was preceded in death by her father, Eddie McGee; her mother, Clytee Cowley McGee; three brothers, Daniel McGee, Arthur McGee, and Archie McGee; and one sister, Ceretha Miller.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Red Hill MB Church, 1242 County Road 194, Blue Springs, MS. Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Red Hill MB Church, 1242 County Road 194, Blue Springs, MS.
