Dorothy A. Dodson Campbell, 85

August 19, 1940  –  December 6, 2025

Tupelo-Dorothy Dodson Campbell departed this life in her sleep from her Tupelo residence on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2025. She was 85. Dorothy was born in Nashville, Tn. on August 19, 1940 to Felix and Dorothy Dodson. She lived much of her life in Nashville where she was a master housewife and homemaker. She and her second husband, Alan Hill lived in Vicksburg from 1995-2023 and enjoyed being a part of the Vicksburg community until his death in 2023. She then moved to Tupelo to be near her only son and child , Jeffrey Todd Campbell who resides in Tupelo. She was the widow of Todd’s father, Billy Core Campbell.

There will be no local services in Tupelo. She will be interred in Springhill Cemetery in Nashville in a private service. Holland Funeral Directors is assisting the family.
