Evalean Jones, 90, of Atlanta, GA formerly of Oxford, MS, transitioned on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital, in Atlanta, GA.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2025, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Serenity Funeral Home, 722 Coulter Drive, New Albany, MS 38652.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Bethlehem C.M.E., 329 County Road 245, Etta, MS 38627.

Burial will take place in the church cemetery.
