Farris J. Wade, known to some as “Uncle” or “Wade”, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2024, at NMMC. Farris was born June 8, 1964 to the late Bonnie G. Wade and Charlie Junior Wade.
Farris is survived by three daughters: Felicia Holsey of Houlka, MS, Tiffany Nicole Wade of Houston, MS, and Jackie Wade of Houlka, MS; his father, Charlie Wade; one brother, Charlie A. Wade of Jackson, MS; one sister, Linda Wade of Pontotoc, MS; one uncle, Raymond Eubanks (Dorothy J.), and one aunt, Dorothy Eubanks all of Pontotoc, MS; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, September 29, 2024, at Payton Mortuary from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM, with a short service during visitation. There will be no interment and no repast following the short service.
