Frances Sneed, 85

June 11, 1939 – May 27, 2025

Mable Frances “Frankie” Robbins Sneed, age 85, a cherished matriarch, and pillar of her community, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on June 11, 1939, in Union County, Frankie grew up in a close-knit family and carried those values of love and togetherness throughout her life.

Frankie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Billy Caples, her devoted parents, Dallas and Marie Dillard Robbins, and her brothers, Dallas Robbins Jr., and Harold Robbins. Her memory will be held dear by those she leaves behind: her son, Philip Caples (Joann), her brother, Lowell Robbins (Sissy), her adored grandchildren, Chris Caples (Megan) and Justin Caples (Nicole), and her precious great-grandchildren, Hayden, Hannah, Rylee, and Colton Caples.

For many years, Frankie was the respected sales manager at Piper/Impact, where she was known for her dedication and charismatic leadership. Her work ethic was unparalleled, and she built lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike. Frankie’s love for her church was profound, and she lifted spirits high with her voice in the choir for as long as her health permitted.

An independent soul, Frankie loved her family fiercely. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life, such as nurturing her garden and watching her flowers bloom, a testament to her care and patience. Family gatherings were the highlight of her days, filled with laughter, stories, and the warmth of shared moments. Her faith was the cornerstone of her existence, guiding her through life’s challenges with grace and resilience.

Frankie was loving, faith-filled, and passionate—words that only begin to describe the remarkable woman she was. Her spirit was a beacon of love and strength, and her passion for life was contagious. She inspired those around her to live with intention and to cherish the bonds of family and community.

As we bid farewell to Mable Frances “Frankie” Sneed, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a legacy that will continue to flourish in the hearts of those she touched. Her light will forever shine in the memories we hold dear, and her example of love and faith will guide us always.
