Frannie Hester, 63

Fulton—Francis Marie “Frannie” Hester passed away Sunday, February 12, 2023 at her home. She was born July 17, 1959 in Itawamba County to Willie Marshall Rhyne and Mable Jean Tacket Rhyne. Frannie worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Tupelo Manor Nursing Facility for many years. She was a member of Richmond Pentecostal Church. Frannie loved being out side. Some of favorite times were spent fishing, feeding ducks, and simply sitting on her front porch with friends and family.
Frannie leaves behind her two daughters, Nikki Graham and husband Matt, of Tupelo and Katie Cook and husband, Justin of Blue Mountain; three grandchildren, Jaci Bray and husband, Jason, Hanna Kelly, and Tarja Cook; and special friends, David (Tony Stewart) Presley, Katie Maxey, and Dewayne Presley.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Rickey “Rerun” Hester; her parents, Willie and Mable Rhyne; and her siblings, Nancy Elrod, Martha Blake, and Harvey Rhyne.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2023 at the Richmond Pentecostal Church and will continue until service time on Wednesday.
A Celebration of Frannie’s life will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at Richmond Pentecostal Church with Rev. Rickey Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Keyes Cemetery. Pegues Funeral Directors has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Pallbearers will be David Estes, Justin White, Danny Harden, Michael Joe Langley, Dewayne Presley, and Wayne White. Honorary pallbearers will be Wayne Elrod, Matthew Graham, and Justin Cook.
