Arrangements for the celebration of Rupert “Hoppy” Whitaker, Jr. will take place on Thursday, January 23, 2025 will be as follows; A visitation will be held at First Baptist Church-Tupelo from 3 – 4:45 PM with a prayer service led by Bro. Matt Powell at 4: 45 PM. After the Church visitation, a reception “Hoppy” style will take place from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Romie’s Restaurant where there will be music, fellowship and a time to reflect on Hoppy’s life.
