Mr. James Grayson, Jr., 67, of Potts Camp, MS, transitioned on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital, New Albany, MS.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.,, at Serenity Funeral Home, 140 N. Memphis St., Holly Springs, MS  38635.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 2:30 p.m., at Mt. Ollie M.B. Church, 2923 Highway 349 South, Potts Camp. MS  38659.

Burial will take place at Baptist Hill Church Cemetery, Potts Camp, MS.
