Janice Kaye Page, 76

December 5, 1947  –  July 22, 2024

TUPELO – Janice Day Page, 76, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024, at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo after a long battle. Janice was born on December 5, 1947, to the late Troy and Mary Day. She grew up in in Memphis and graduated from Kingsbury High School where she met her husband Lewis and then attended Memphis State University. She and her family lived in Memphis until moving to Tupelo in 1985. Janice spent many years as a homemaker. She worked as a Church Secretary at West Jackson Street Baptist Church. After that, she spent many more years working at Harrisburg Baptist Church Daycare where she loved caring for children. She spent her life devoted to her love of Christ, her family and several very close friends. She was an avid cook and enjoyed sharing recipes with them all. She attended Old Union Baptist Church until she was no longer physically able.



Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Lewis Page, Jr., who died May 25, 2024; her parents; two brothers and one sister.

Janice is survived by her daughter, Kristi Pearce and her husband, Brett of Saltillo, and son, Randy Page and his wife, Tonia of Tupelo; two grandchildren, Payton Pearce and his wife Kerston of Guntown, and Kelsey Pearce of Saltillo.
