June lived most of her life in Lee and Pontotoc Counties where she was a wonderful citizen, a dignified, well read and independent lady whose gifts were meekness, kindness and gentleness. Her early working life was in the Garment industry at Reed’s Mfg. and Hunter-Sadler where she was an master seamstress.
