Lena Courtney Littlejohn, 94

New Albany – Lena Courtney Littlejohn, 94, passed away on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at New Albany Health and Rehab. She was born on December 30, 1929 in Ecru, MS to James C. Courtney and Myrtle J. Nichols Courtney. Before retirement, she had worked at furniture factories, and also as a CNA for many years at what is now New Albany Health and Rehab. When able, she enjoyed traveling. She was a member of Wallerville Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at 2:00p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024 at United Funeral Service with Bro. Johnny Rakestraw officiating. Burial will be at Wallerville Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Judy Leuvell Weiser; a son, Roy L. “Butch” Littlejohn (Jan); her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Littlejohn; a son, Roy Glen Littlejohn; a granddaughter, Tracy Lynn Little; two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
