Lisa Ann Bullock Brock, age 64, resident of New Albany, Mississippi, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County, surrounded by her loving family.
Per Lisa’s request, she will be cremated.
Memorial services honoring Lisa’s life will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care, with Bro. Bobby Casteel officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service in the Memory Chapel of New Albany Funeral and Cremation Care.
Born July 21, 1962, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late Bernie Kerris Bullock and Marilyn Mills Bullock, Lisa was a 1981 graduate of Pine Grove High School and a member of West Tallahatchie Baptist Church. She worked as a seamstress for Southern Motion for over twelve years before her illness.
Lisa married the love of her life, Johnny, on February 14, 1986. She adored her children and loved watching them play ball. She spent many summers at the ballpark cheering them on and proudly being their biggest fan. Her grandchildren brought her so much joy, and she treasured the time she spent with them.
Lisa also had a special love for her beloved Basset Hound, Annie. She enjoyed watching soap operas and movies, working crossword puzzles, thrift shopping, and visiting yard sales. She took great pride in keeping her home spotless and truly enjoyed cleaning. Lisa will be remembered for the love she had for her family and the many special memories she leaves behind.
Those left to cherish Lisa’s memory include her loving husband of forty years, Johnny Brock; two sons, Devin Brock of Collierville, Tennessee, and Tyler Wooley (Josie) of West Union; her mother, Marilyn Watley, of Middleton, Tennessee, one sister, Misty Byrd of Dumas; one brother, Shane Fryar of Dumas; ten grandchildren; two stepdaughters, Chasity Browder (Brian) of New Albany and Amber Brock of Myrtle; two stepsisters, Donna Lee-Hill of Dumas and Robyn Criswell of Dumas, and her beloved Basset Hound, Annie.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bernie Kerris Bullock, one son, Johnathan Brock and her stepfather, Donald Fryar.
