Luncheon With Books to hear Karl Rove book discussed

Tuesday, October 18, Friends of the Library will sponsor Luncheon with Books at the Jennie Stephens Smith Library in New Albany.

Joe Marshall Davis will discuss The Triumph of William McKinley: Why the Election of 1896 Still Matters by Karl Rove. The 1896 political environment was similar to the political environment of today: growing immigrant population, uncertain economy, and contentious issues the two parties could not resolve.

A light lunch will be provided by New Century Club beginning at 11:30AM
