Magnolia Recreation and Resource Center is a nonprofit 501C3 organization, for the 55+ communities of baby boomers, while including early stage dementia and Parkinson’s individuals, 20+ moderate disable individuals, caregivers and retired veterans in the New Albany/Union County area.
The vision of MRRC is to enhance the quality of life for senior citizens by providing daily activity programs.
They offer:
“Blooming Fun” (Health and Fitness Programs led by Registered Nurses; Quarterly Seminars on diseases plaguing the elderly community; Health related Lectures, Programs and Fairs)
“Lunch and Learn”
“Entertainment and Games” (Movie Trips, Day Trips, Dinner Outings, Dominoes, Puzzles, Bingo)
“Special Events (Birthday Parties, Banquets, Spa Days and Musical Performances)
