Margaret Faye Thorsberg, 80

Margaret Thorsberg passed away on the evening of Saturday, February 4, 2023 at her home in Tupelo. She was born in Jasper, Alabama May 24, 1942 to Rosa Lee and Odis Bonner. Margaret is remembered for her love of Elvis Presley and the Chicago Cubs.
Mrs. Thorsberg is survived by her brother-in-law Lester “Buddy” Brown; her children, James Creel (Anita), Dimitra Eleopoulos, George Eleopoulos; grandchildren, Nicole Rabenda, Nicholas Eleopoulos, Ryan Eleopoulos, Sean Creel, Alexander Eleopoulos Michael Eleopoulos, and John M. Paris; and a host of nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Thorsberg was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Lee Bonner; her father, Odis Bonner; husband, Robert Thorsberg; siblings, Anna Brown, Ellen Bonner Norris, James Bonner, Carolyn Harper, Mary Murray; children, Virgil Ray Creel, James G. Eleopoulos, Jr, and Michael C. Eleopoulos,
The family will honor Margaret’s memory with a private graveside service on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Coal City Cemetery in Jasper, Alabama.
