Tupelo- Marvin Jeffery Jaggers” Papaw”, 68, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2026, at 9:07 PM at NMMC Tupelo Hospice. He was born on February 2, 1958, in Tupelo, MS to Marvin Autry Jaggers and Bobbie Jean Jaggers.

He enjoyed outdoors, fishing, hunting, playing cards, and most of all being with family. He enjoyed being EVERYONES Papaw!

Survivors include his Daughters Molly Jaggers and Candice Cayson. His Grandchildren Hunter Brannigan (Haylee), Ivy Edwards, Jaggers Edwards, Ashton Franks. Great- Grandson Breeze Brannigan (the light of his whole world). One Brother Barry Jaggers (Mandy), one sister Christi Simmons (Eddie). Nephew Cole Jaggers (Jeanie and kids), Niece Britni Jaggers.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father Marvin Autry and Bobbie Jean Jaggers and wife, Lana Lee Murphy.

A celebration of life will be held at 5:30 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the home of Haylee and Hunter Brannigan across from Valley Grove Cemetery-Jaggers Rd. The committal service will be private family only. Holland Funeral Directors are honored to be serving the friends and family.
