Tracy Proctor and Master Gardeners will inspire holiday creativity

The Union County Master Gardeners are presenting a luncheon and program on November 1, 2017, entitled Creative Holiday Designs by Tracy Proctor, AIFD.

This luncheon will be very similar to the previous luncheons the Master Gardeners held in conjunction with the New Albany Home & Garden Show. It will be held at 11:30 a.m., at First United Methodist Church. (Doors open at 11:00 a.m.)

Lisa James, one of the program’s coordinators, says, “We have had numerous people tell us they miss our annual luncheon, so we decided to bring back this very popular event. Instead of the Spring-theme designs that our luncheons are noted for, we thought it would be fun and useful to host a program with innovative and creative holiday ideas for Thanksgiving and Christmas décor to kick off the holiday season. We knew Tracy Proctor would be the perfect choice to motivate everyone into the holiday spirit with his exquisite arrangements.”

Tickets must be purchased in advance from the Union County Extension Office (662-534-1916) or Collett Cross at 662-316-0808.  Tables of eight may be reserved. Ticket price is $25.00, which include a meal and program.  Dessert is being provided compliments of Sugaree’s Bakery.

“Attendees can expect to enjoy a delicious meal in an elegantly decorated holiday setting, all while being inspired by Mr. Proctor’s creativity, ” promises Ms. James.
