McDonald’s to host series of events with community leaders

McDonald’s manager Antonio Sneed hosted a community event Monday morning, March 27th, at the restaurant on Highway 30 West.

Sneed said the local McDonald’s plans a series of such events to give its customers and others the opportunity to meet face to face with community leaders.

The first such event Monday morning might have been called “Coffee with the Chief” as New Albany Police Chief Chris Robertson was the public official at the event. Robertson visited with a number of New Albany residents during the 9 am to 10 am meeting time.

Sneed said future such Monday morning events at McDonald’s will feature the fire chief and other city department heads.
