Museum workshop set for Steampunk Storytelling Jan 18
Storytelling Steampunk Style Canvas Art Workshop is set at the Union County Heritage Museum Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
The Victorian Steampunk Exhibit now showing at the museum inspired the creation of other steampunk stories. Join us at the museum to create your steampunk art with your story on canvas.
Steampunk creations are made from “found objects”, old jewelry, junk drawer treasures, photographs, pieces of fabric and paper. The museum will have all of the supplies for creating your canvas and some items you can use to create your story. You may also bring your own items, photos etc. to tell your story! Each canvas can have your own distinct theme as your story unfolds. Cost is $20 per participant. Call for more information or to register 662-538-0014.
View the Steampunk Exhibit & Sale and meet the artist John Walrod at the closing event on January 28, 2022, from 5:00pm – 7:00pm.
