NAHS student athlete speaks to Girl Scouts

New Albany High School student athlete Avery Grace Shaw spoke to Girl Scout Troop 23016 on Friday, October 20.

Shaw, a senior and two sport athlete, told girls about the sports she had participated in over the years, as well as the time commitment and dedication it takes to play high school sports.  She told the girls about how to be a good competitor and teammate.

Scouts were working to earn the Legacy: Athlete-Good Sportsmanship Badge.
