New Albany Class of 1960 donates to two local public libraries

The Grants Committee of the New Albany High School Class of 1960 made cash donations last week to two local public libraries.

Myrtle Librarian Leigh Ann George and Michael Hale, New Albany High School Class of 1960.

The class donated $400 to the Union County Library. Librarian Sissy Bullock and Union County Library Board Chairman Lynn West accepted the donation from Jim Owen, New Albany High School Class of 1960.

The class donated $200 to the Myrtle Public Library. Class member Michael Hale presented the donation to Librarian Leigh Ann George.
