New Century Club elects officers

The New Century Club has elected officers for the 2020-2021 year. They are, from left, reporter Linda Everett, historian Grace Provence, president Martha Frances Monroe, vice-president Jill Smith and secretary-treasurer Carol Riddell. Not present was parliamentarian Collett Cross.

The program for the September meeting was provided by Joy Hill who talked about the book Ray and Joan: The Man Who Made the McDonald’s Fortune and the Woman Who Gave It All Away by Lisa Napoli. Hill wore a vintage McDonald’s uniform that she said had to be ordered from China and displayed other McDonald’s memorabilia.
