Passionate People speak on various interests to New Albany students

The third session of Passionate People was held on Tuesday, June 13. Moises Lemus, owner of El Agave, discussed starting and operating a restaurant, as well as skills needed to be successful in owning a business. (PP Moises Lemus)
On June 14, the guest speaker was (Cadillac Funk) who shared his gift of music with the students. He encouraged students to set goals and be intentional.

On June 19, New Albany High and Mississippi State graduate reminded students to never stop learning, find a mentor, and the importance of being flexible. On June 20, Marquel Conner, the director of the Boys & Girls Club-New Albany Unit. His “talk” emphasized the importance of listening, hard work, and overcoming difficult times.
