Patricia Ann “Pat” Williams, 67, was born July 22, 1953, in Lafayette County, the daughter of Elmer and Katherine Bishop Grose.  who have preceded her in death.  She passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford.  Pat was a beloved and devoted daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother.  She worked many years in the school system as a cafeteria worker at West Union Attendance Center, Thomas Street Elementary, and Tupelo High School.  From those schools, Pat moved to ICC where she worked in maintenance until she retired.  Pat was known for being an amazing cook, and she enjoyed cooking for her family and friends.  Pat loved her grandchildren, and she especially loved spoiling the babies.



Pat had two daughters, Martha Shirley (Billy) and Cyndi Hester (Eddie); three stepsons, Mickey Williams (Marie), Jimmy Williams (Kathy), and Lynn Williams; two stepdaughters, Becky Sprayberry (John) and Lisa Hughes; six biological grandchildren, Tiffany Mason (Chris), Adriana Shirley (Tyler), Mary Martin (Frank), Leslie Hester, Mendee Hester (Austin), and Mitchell Hester; nineteen step-grandchildren; seventeen biological great-grandchildren; thirty four step great-grandchildren; and six step great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Williams; her parents, Elmer and Katherine Grose; step-daughter, Sheila Hill; grandson, Jay Shirley; two step grandchildren, Christy Williams Vaught, and Tuck Blanchard; and one great-grandchild, Wyatt Hudson.
